Industrial design engineering

This page gives an overview of projects done for my Industrial Design Engineering studies

Concrete Rebar Tyer

TyTecker has designed a conctrete rebar tieing machine to improve the ergonomic stance of rebar tieing personel. For my graduation I have researched and improved this stance. Based on the results of this research I have designed an adjustable grip prototype better equiped to setup the correct stance.

Wash on, Wash off

Procter & Gamble wanted to improve the washing process, making it less of a burden. Using the Vision in Poduct Design methodology (ViP), I have designed a “Create your own detergent” set, to give full control over the wash treatement.

SeeDee Pod

The object of this project was to create a packaging based on a seedpod. The SeeDee pod packages CD’s for the home invironment. The final product would mostly consist of injection molded shells which would make it possible to have variable height CD stores hanging from the ceiling. To, for instance, group music by genre without being hindered by physical limitations of the storage device.

Ghettoblaster

On a golfcourse silence is generally apreciated so a ghettoblaster would be out of place. Contradiction was the object of this design project.
